Heartwoods : Firewood cutters

We love gathering free firewood from our bush block. Often there are standing dead trees we can cut and use straight away. Making the bush safer and keeping us warm. Win, win!
Bushy in his element.

How long do we have to wait here in this boring truck?!

Keep it coming!

Satisfying trailer load.

Glamorous blogger!

Love,

Jazzy Jack

  1. How lucky are you to be able to use the wood straight away. Ours needs a year to season before we can throw it on the fire. xxx

  4. Lucky you with free firewood ... we have to order ours by the truckload at great expense ... worth it for the cosy fire though :0)

  6. You're the most glamorous blogger evah! :D I love the gloves, so 2015! :D Wish I lived near a forest and had a fireplace. Before my grandparents sold our village house, we had an old heater (I don't know how it's called in English) that worked with tons of wood. We would bake mushrooms on top and I used to love the sound of the crackling fire ^_^
