Time for a KitKat

Greetings gorgeous friends,
I will be taking a short internet break.

Here is a poem to leave you with:

a breathing space
space to tend to your core
turn down the all firing systems
let them simmer gently
on your breath
carve out space
to feel who you are again
to touch your own face
and smile.

~Jazzy Jack 2018

See you again on the other side.

If you wouldn't mind, could you answer two questions for me?

1. What am I good at?
2. What value does that bring to your life?

Thanks so much.

All my love,
Jazzy Jack

PS Til next time, keep on creating!

  1. My dear, you are good at so many things, but above all - you are great at being yourself! Not trying to be someone "acceptable", someone "cool", someone who tries hard to impress others - you know the sort of people I am talking about, they talk louder than their heart beats, so they can't even hear themselves any longer, the true selves I mean! I think you are one of the most connected people that I've met online - connected to your own core, and you make efforts on a regular basis to make sure that you are connected - by taking breaks from routine. (I don't usually announce mine, but I do the same often!)

I think if I knew you personally, my words would have bigger weight, but I think you are are wonderful, and I mean it - WONDERFUL parent! Trust me when I say it. I saw many families and many parents and their children, and your kids have the same vibe of freedom of being themselves as you do! That's so fantastic, I can't even explain how much it means.

Not to mention that you are one of the most creative people that I know - yu take every day as an opportunity to create! You have such a beautiful voice, you write beautifully, you take beautiful pictures, you make your own beautiful and unusual clothes, and your thoughts are beautiful!

I think what you feel when you're feeling down is being not understood/appreciated by the world, feeling lonely and isolated. I think I understand it - I feel it too from time to time. Take time and nurture yourself, and then you will feel more creative juices coming through you. Meditate, rest. Take one day at a time, that's all we can do, any of us. Life is an improvisation.

I am inspired by you and I love you!

  2. I think you're good at many things, as a woman with lots of talents and skills, writting, sewing, taking photographs, sharing your toughts and ideas, being yourself with attitude!. You write the best comments (I love to read your comments everywhere), you have a good sense of humour, you're brilliant!
And I think that you're inspiring me, inspiring us, to be more creative, to be supportive, to be gentle and wise!
Wish you enjoy your time and come back with lots of energy!
    besos

  4. I can't say anything after reading Natalia's words because she said what I would say if I were that articulate on the spot. You are unique and delightful, creative, warm and inspiring. Honestly, I don't admire very many people in this world but I admire you for the entire package that you are and what you bring to my life is a feeling that there is someone out there who I can relate to in ways I usually can't relate to people. Some of us feel more alone/different/misunderstood than others and those of us who feel that are often on the internet casting a wider net looking for the other odd fish. Sometimes when I am feeling like an odd duck ( oops-fish now I am mixing my metaphors ) and feeling a bit grumpy about it I think to myself, well I don't need a lot of people but there are a few who get me and appreciate me and when I mentally go through that list you are on it. It gives me a little lift just to know you and connect with you, and the value of that is more than you know. xo

You're good at seeing beauty - and sharing it - in the most ordinary of things - that's a true talent. You're an optimist and a good friend. xxx

  8. The way you describe things and see an object in nature in a completely original, witty, amusing, beautifully descriptive way is a wonderful talent, your pace of life seems excellent, the way you nurture your children and the musical talent you have eluded to and obviously possess.xx
