Breath

it echoes beside my bed

as I sleep

pants just behind

my running feet

is medicine

as I sit on the mat

exchanging air

with trees

works hard as bellows

powering my voice

giving me grace

to sing

and finally

as I come to the end

my last breath

is carried on the wind
